Dear Customer service team,

I did recieve the file 6,5 gb of Knote 8 firmware but i don’t know how to install it and the problem still can not be solve, please kindly sent me some document of firmware install guidance to do it.

I try to open Window service and find out that Bluetooth service is running but i still can not turn on bluetooth on my device, please view the attached image for more details.
