i1101 image Windows or drivers

Hello, I have a Note i 1101, Windows broke, reinstalled Windows, but the drivers do not fit, I live in Russia, download from baidu.com I can’t, I don’t have a Chinese phone number. please help me get a Windows image or drivers.

The drivers are not working. Most of them don’t have .exe file.

Could you please share the official Windows iso OR drivers link? thanks.
